- I opened mine for the first time and it is pure liquid which I found odd since it is packaged in a jar. I am in Florida. Do I need to keep it in the refrigerator, or is there something wrong with it???
- We're so sorry to hear your Raw Coconut Cream liquified during transit! Please know once it is stored in a cool, dry place it will return to it's normal state. This is completely normal, I also like to pop it in the fridge for about 15 minutes, to quicken the process.
- Help! Mine arrived rock hard how do you even get any out???
- Crafted from 100% pure coconut, this cream arrives in a firm, solid state — but softens effortlessly with the warmth of your skin, revealing a smooth, spreadable texture.
- What is the shelf life of your Raw Coconut Cream?
- Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening due to the principle of leaving out harsh chemicals and preservatives. Each package has a shelf-life icon (looks like a makeup pot) with a corresponding number to signify the number of months they are recommended for use after opening. Please know, with our products being based in raw and organic oils, they are sensitive to temperature which can cause the consistency to change. The product is still 100% safe to use but might not have the same color pay off that you are used to.
- Comedogenic!!! That is what every website tells if you’re going to use coconut oil as a moisturizer. Is your product really safe as far as skin clogging if I want it as a moisturizer?

For instance, coconut oil is a natural antioxidant, which helps against free radical damage (otherwise known as premature aging). It’s also known for its high levels of lauric acid and caprylic acid which are antifungal, antibacterial and antimicrobial as well as anti-viral so it won't clog your pores.
