RMS Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We at RMS want all our customers to be thrilled with our products, so if you have an issue with your purchase, we will do our best to work with you to solve your issue.

We strive to offer a hassle-free return policy! If you would like to return an unused or gently used product for a refund, exchange or store credit within 60 days of purchase, please begin your return or exchange request by entering your order number and shipping zip code on our website: https://www.rmsbeauty.com/pages/returns-policy

A member of our customer service team will review your request and notify you of next steps.  In certain instances, we require physical receipt of the returned product prior to approval and issuance of a refund or exchange.  If we require you to send your product back to us, you are responsible for all shipping charges necessary to send the product to RMS headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina.  If we do not receive your returned product within thirty (30) days of our initial response to your return or exchange request, we will assume you no longer desire to return the product and will close your request.  A closed request will not be reopened.

In all circumstances, the approval of any return or exchange is at the complete discretion of RMS.  Return or exchange requests received more than 60 days from purchase will not be accepted for any reason. 

Please note: All sale items, including Secret Stash Sale items, are final sale and ineligible for returns, however, these items are eligible for exchange, subject to the conditions above.

Do you offer refunds?

For a full refund on an order we have already shipped out, you will need to follow our return policy processing steps outlined above. If you would like to cancel your order before our team has prepared it for shipping, please contact our support team at orders@rmsbeauty.com who will be happy to look into this for you. Please note that we are not able to cancel or edit orders during any sales, such as Green Friday. We apologize for any inconvenience!
