Return Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was placed.

RMS Beauty team reviews all return requests. Please allow 2 business days for confirmation.

Returned products must be unused/untouched and in original packaging.

Exchanges must be of equal value or less, if less, a refund will be issued for the remaining balance. Indicate exchange request using the return center form.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the return has been received.

All returns and sales must be completed as separate transactions.

You may cancel your order at any time until your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until it is returned to RMS Beauty. To cancel your order, email orders@rmsbeauty.com
