All products must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging within 30 days of the date your order was placed. RMS Beauty maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for products that are believed to have been previously used.
We are unable to accept returns of nail polish, any individual product purchased as part of a discounted set or gift cards.
Returns must be pre approved by RMS Beauty. To request a return authorization please submit your return request using the form below.
Exchanges for products of equal value must be pre approved following the instructions for return authorization above. The return item must be received before the replacement item will be shipped.
RMS Beauty is not responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns and sales must be completed as separate transactions.
You may cancel your order at any time until your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until it is returned to RMS Beauty.

- Where is my package: If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you can’t find the package, wait until the end of the day as sometimes packages can show as "delivered" while still in transit. Check to see if the carrier left a notice of attempted delivery. Sometimes carriers are unable to deliver a package if you aren’t home and may take the package to the local postal service facility. They will typically make 3 delivery attempts before returning to sender. Look around to see if it was left nearby. See if another member of the household accepted the delivery. Contact your local postal service facility for more information (USA, USPS 1-800-222-1811).
- Nail Polish: only available to customers in the USA as nail polish is a hazmat product and subject to shipping restrictions. Orders containing nail polish are shipped via a ground service - please allow extra time for delivery.
- PO Box addresses: standard shipping delivers to PO box addresses. Express shipping is unavailable for PO box addresses.
International shipments: We recommend choosing express international shipping at checkout for door-to-door delivery, full tracking and delivery time guarantee. Standard international shipping is not insured and customers are responsible for filing claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
All international recipients are considered the importer and may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees enforced by the destination country. We are unable to control or predict these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When shipping overseas, customs clearance procedures can delay packages by up to 4 weeks. Orders placed through rmsbeauty.com may also be subject to monetary conversion of US dollars to the currency of the country the order is being shipped to.

*Fedex International Mail Service (FIMS) packages take 4 to 7 business days for FedEx to deliver to the destination country, the package is then handed to the local postal service. Date of final delivery to the recipient depends on the local postal service.
Packages sent by FIMS are not insured and customers are responsible for filing claims for lost or stolen packages with their local postal service. Once orders have been shipped, we are unable to amend the order.
FIMS provides a lower cost alternative for international customers shopping on rmsbeauty.com. FIMS packages do not include a delivery time guarantee, however we expect them to deliver within thirty business days. On rare occasions packages may take up to six weeks to arrive, depending on custom clearance and timeliness of the local postal service of the destination country.
Tracking information for FIMS can vary greatly between countries and may be limited. FedEx will scan all packages as they leave the USA en route to the destination country. After this point, the package is given to the destination’s local postal service. Please note that some countries postal services do not share tracking data.
