SHIPPING

All orders placed through rmsbeauty.com will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. If you select Free Shipping at checkout your order will be shipped via USPS. All orders will be shipped via USPS unless a different carrier is chosen at the time of checkout.

*Please note that nail polish can only be shipped within the continental US. If you have nail polish in your cart and no shipping methods are provided, please remove the nail polish from your cart and continue checkout.*

Orders containing nail polish are not eligible for this shipping option and will ship via Parcel Post only as detailed above. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Shipping
The recipient is considered the importer and may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees enforced by the destination country. We are unable to control or predict these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When shipping overseas, customs clearance procedures can delay packages by up to 4 weeks. Orders placed through rmsbeauty.com may also be subject to monetary conversion of US dollars to the currency of the country the order is being shipped to.

Packages sent via First Class Mail International are not insured and do not offer guaranteed tracking. We offer this shipping method in order for our customers to have more affordable shipping rates overseas. However, this shipping option does come with a certain level of risk. rms beauty is not liable for lost or stolen packages. 

For International Claims
If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local carrier for more information, as rms beauty is unable to file claims on your behalf if your package is sent via USPS First Class International. 

Where is my package? Tracking shows it was delivered but I can’t find it

  • First check to see if the carrier left a notice of attempted delivery. Sometimes carriers are unable to deliver a package if you aren’t home. They will typically make 3 delivery attempts before returning to sender
  • Look around to see if it was left nearby. 
  • See if another member of the household accepted the delivery. 
  • Wait until the end of the day as sometimes packages can show as “delivered” while still in transit. 
  • Contact your local post office for more information (USPS 1-800-222-1811)

RETURNS

All products must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging within 30 days of the date your order was placed. RMS Beauty maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for products that are believed to have been previously used.

We are unable to accept returns of nail polish, gift sets or gift cards.

Returns must be pre approved by RMS Beauty. To request a return authorization please submit your return request using the form below. 

Exchanges for products of equal value must be pre approved following the instructions for return authorization above. The return item must be received before the replacement item will be shipped.

RMS Beauty is not responsible for return shipping costs. 

All returns and sales must be completed as separate transactions.

You may cancel your order at any time until your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until it is returned to RMS Beauty.
