FAQ
When Does The Entry Period Begin And End?
The entry period opens at 5:00PM EST (US) on June 9, 2023 and ends at 11:59PM EST (US) on June 23, 2023.
Who Is Able To Apply?
We welcome all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia), ages 18 years or older.
How Do I Enter?
During the aforementioned Entry Period, each participant must visit the entry page at www.rmsbeauty.com/pages/legendscasting and (1) submit all information requested for the “legend” you are nominating, including name, email, instagram account, and information about why you are nominating either yourself or the “legend” in your life; and (2) upload 2 photos of the person you are nominating, posing both straight on and to the side of the camera with no filter or adjustments made to the photo; All photos should have a plain background, even lighting and must be in .jpg format and less than 2.5MB in size. No other method of participation will be accepted. Entries that do not follow the specific entry requirements in this paragraph may be disqualified at RMS Beauty’s discretion.
Are There Entry Limitations?
Each individual is allowed to submit up to 2 Entries, as long as both Entries are not nominating the same legend.
What Is The Selection Process?
A panel of representatives from RMS Beauty will review all Entries properly submitted during the Entry Period. The panel will choose which nominees will be invited to participate in a final round of selections to take place over Zoom the first week of July, taking into account the Participant’s full application information and a relevance to the mission of RMS Beauty. Selection of these finalists is at RMS Beauty’s sole and absolute discretion.
Once We Submit An Entry, What Can We Expect? When Will We Hear Back?
Finalists will be selected by July 1, 2023 and notified of their selection via the contact information included in their Entry during the first week of July and a Zoom appointment will be scheduled. The ultimate “legends” will be chosen no later than July 7, 2023 and notified by July 7, 2023. No drawings, sweepstakes, raffles or other elements of chance are utilized to determine the finalists or those ultimately selected as the legends. The ultimate photo shoot will take place in Savannah, Georgia at a date to be determined.
Will My Flight And Stay Be Paid For?
RMS Beauty will reimburse the chosen legend up to $500 in airfare to Savannah, GA upon submittal of a receipt to RMS Beauty. Additionally, RMS Beauty will book a one night stay for the legend in Savannah, GA.
