How to apply

When using as a makeup remover and cleanser, apply a minimal amount of product to the face and work gently into the skin, including lashes. Remove with water and a soft cloth. Or use as an all over face and body moisturizer. Allow coconut oil to absorb before dressing.

"I never expected to love this as much as I do. How can a product with 1 ingredient feel so luxurious? Well, it does. Rubbing it on my fingertips turns it into a silky, almost liquid texture which, when rubbed on my face, does a wonderful job lifting my makeup so it can be removed with a tissue. My skin is left feeling so soft. Love love love! The product is affected by heat and cold but not a problem. Too melted? Refrigerate for awhile. To hard? The heat from my fingers softens it. This will be a staple."

Mixed feelings

"I am a bit perplexed by this. The coconut cream arrived looking like water. I was told it is normal and to put in fridge for 15 mins. I put in fridge but did not take out for a few hours. It was so hard I could not use it. Yesterday I set a timer for 15 mins and it was better, not as hard but seemed to have a light crust on top. This morning it was back to water consistency. Do I need to go through this each time I use it? It works as oil but is not ideal from an application perspective because of the container. Not sure about this."

I started using the raw

"I started using the raw coconut cream as a cleanser when I experienced some terrible acne and angry skin. My regular products turned on me. Knowing the medicinal properties of coconut cream, I decided to see if it would calm my skin. It did! After two days of washing with it, my skin improved dramatically! I opened mine for the first time and it is pure liquid which I found odd since it is packaged in a jar. I am in Florida. Do I need to keep it in the refrigerator, or is there something wrong with it???: We're so sorry to hear your Raw Coconut Cream liquified during transit! Please know once it is stored in a cool, dry place it will return to it's normal state. This is completely normal, I also like to pop it in the fridge for about 15 minutes, to quicken the process.
Help! Mine arrived rock hard how do you even get any out???: Crafted from 100% pure coconut, this cream arrives in a firm, solid state — but softens effortlessly with the warmth of your skin, revealing a smooth, spreadable texture.
What is the shelf life of your Raw Coconut Cream?: Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening due to the principle of leaving out harsh chemicals and preservatives. Each package has a shelf-life icon (looks like a makeup pot) with a corresponding number to signify the number of months they are recommended for use after opening. Please know, with our products being based in raw and organic oils, they are sensitive to temperature which can cause the consistency to change. The product is still 100% safe to use but might not have the same color pay off that you are used to.

Is your product really safe as far as skin clogging if I want it as a moisturizer?: We use 100% raw, cold-centrifuged, unrefined coconut oil to moisturize, protect, and soothe all skin types. We avoid any heat processing with our coconut oil so you get the best and most pure version in our products. Very different from the coconut oil you will find on the shelf in traditional stores that has been heated and processed. Our Coconut Oil is meticulously extracted from fresh coconuts without using heat or chemical solvents. This keeps the lauric acid and caprylic acid that are known for their anti-fungal, antibacterial, and antimicrobial as well as anti-viral properties at their purest. The best part?
