How To ApplyWet a liner brush, mix in product to form a light paste and apply above lash line. Let dry. Can be applied wet or dry. Remember, oil removes makeup - so oily lids may cause smudging.
ROSE-MARIE’S TOP TIP
RMS Beauty Vintage Cake Liner jet black perfection! Wear it as a cat eye or better yet, smudge it out for a long wear shadow or smokey eye. If you have an oily lid it might smudge a little (remember oil removes makeup) BUT it will be the right kind of smudge, better known as a sexy smudge.
IngredientsMica, Kaolin, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Zinc Stearate, Nylon-12, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Silica, Algin, Pullulan, Glycerin, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzoic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Tocopheryl Acetate, Iron Oxide (CI 77499)
This is exactly what I had been looking for. In the 80's, I had a dark Kohl powder in a glass vial I bought in Spain. You wet a hand painted wooden stick and suddenly you were sultry, or cool, or mysterious. This little pot brings you back to that time, only made with safe ingredients and portable! Love it!
Looks and wears nicely
I love this liner! It talks about how it will smudge, but this may be the first eyeliner I have used that didn’t smudge! Highly impressed and it’s super easy to apply!
I purchased this liner on a whim - honestly because I had received the brightening brush as a previous RMS reward and I didn't know what to use with it - but I love this way more that I expected to! I actually prefer to use it dry and I apply a small amount to the outer corners of my eyes. You can barely tell that I am wearing liner and my lashes look so much fuller! I've been wearing it daily WITHOUT mascara and I have gotten so many compliments. So natural looking!
What can I say? It's a classic! Love it so much! You can go subtle or bold. Awesome product.
