ROSE-MARIE’S TOP TIP
RMS Beauty Vintage Cake Liner jet black perfection! Wear it as a cat eye or better yet, smudge it out for a long wear shadow or smokey eye. If you have an oily lid it might smudge a little (remember oil removes makeup) BUT it will be the right kind of smudge, better known as a sexy smudge.

I love this liner! I use it dry, using a liner brush to smudge it into my lash line. It stays put all day!
I have very sensitive eyes and this has been pretty much the only eye liner I can wear (including on my waterline). And it stays all day without moving around + has wonderful colour payoff.
I love it! I’m used to a harsh cat eye. You can do a cat eye too, but I love using it for a soft bed room eye:) I use it with water to deepen it and dry for a softer look. Smudges beautifully when you used your finger as well:)
Did not work for me. I had trouble getting it to go on correctly and then it would smear and having to mix it with water is a bummer. It was not long lasting on my eyes at all.
Great liner for my sensitive eyes. Perfection!
