ROSE-MARIE’S TOP TIP
RMS Beauty Vintage Cake Liner jet black perfection! Wear it as a cat eye or better yet, smudge it out for a long wear shadow or smokey eye. If you have an oily lid it might smudge a little (remember oil removes makeup) BUT it will be the right kind of smudge, better known as a sexy smudge.
IngredientsMica, Kaolin, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Zinc Stearate, Nylon-12, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Silica, Algin, Pullulan, Glycerin, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzoic Acid, Sorbic Acid, Tocopheryl Acetate, Iron Oxide (CI 77499)
In my makeup I had these oiled Q-tips. I never used them because I couldn't figure out why. Well, now I love them, I use them in the black eyeliner,
and then run it across my eyelid. Works perfectly and stays all day. Not sure I'll be able to locate them when I'm done, but I'll make my own when
this time arrives. Much easier than using a brush.
I have had the eye liner a few months and I’m really enjoying it! I got the brush that is suggested to go with it and they work great together. I add a little water when I apply it and it goes on quickly.
I honestly didn’t like it until I purchased a smaller brush and would get the brush wet first. It stays put much better that way
This is exactly the kind of liner I was looking for. It goes on so easily, and can be controlled for a thinner line, or a thicker, more dramatic night time look. It also smudges well for a smokey eye. I use it with the RMS brush, as suggested. The perfect team. I also love that it stays on all day and looks perfect until I take my make up off at night. Another RMS winner!
Easy to use with the RMS brightening brush to make a smokey eye.
