How To ApplyWet a liner brush, mix in product to form a light paste and apply above lash line. Let dry. Can be applied wet or dry. Remember, oil removes makeup - so oily lids may cause smudging.
ROSE-MARIE’S TOP TIP
RMS Beauty Vintage Cake Liner jet black perfection! Wear it as a cat eye or better yet, smudge it out for a long wear shadow or smokey eye. If you have an oily lid it might smudge a little (remember oil removes makeup) BUT it will be the right kind of smudge, better known as a sexy smudge.

Works just as I had hoped. I use a wet winged liner brush and it makes a nice natural line across the lid. Love that I know I'm applying something natural so close to my eyes. Perfect addition to my RMS collection.
I ordered this cake I like them to try because I was getting the eyeliner brush for free with my rewards. I've never tried this before and it was so easy to use plus it stayed very nice it was and glad it wasn't messy I also used it as a smoking arm eyeshadow and that was wonderful to very happy with us and to know that it's a good clean product makes me really happy thank you.
Great true black color. I love to use it with a wet brush. I find it stays in best when I wet it first.
I was a little worried at first because I have been using a pencil liner forever...and it was super simple. I wet my bush tap both sides in the pot and glide on. I have used it dry too for a more of a soft look. Stays on all day!
The RMS cake liner gives me everything I wanted: strong color payoff when wet, soft yet noticeable color when dry, stays put, washes away cleanly without needing special remover, and has clean ingredients. The only cons are that it can't go on my waterline (I tried -- the color immediately slid off my skin and into my eye, causing it to turn an alarming shade of black that I then had to clean out with eye drops) and that sometimes the wing on my cat eye rubs away a bit (but that's happened with literally every liner I've ever used, maybe I smile too much). I spray my RMS brush (which is worth getting) with a little rosewater or tap water, rub it into the cake, and apply. Looks great every time, lasts throughout my day, and unlike my gel liners, I can go back in and fix mistakes or go over my line. Pushed into my lash line, this helps give amazingly effective yet subtle definition. A great product!
