Essential Oils, Yes or No?

Essential Oils, Yes or No?
A common question about our products, particularly our beauty oil, is whether or not we use essential oils. On this matter, it is important to make the distinction between steam-distilled essential oils and CO2 extracts

We use only certified organic CO2 extracted oils which are considered essential oils. However, this method maintains the potency, quality and purity of the plant extracts in our products unlike the steam-distillation process. CO2 extraction utilizes pressure rather than heat to produce the oils, making them superior to steam-distilled essential oils which lose some of their natural healing properties in the heating process.

Steam-distilled essential oils have been known to reduce the potency of herbal extracts, cause long term skin dehydration and may cause rashes or irritation for those with sensitive skin. RMS believes in avoiding this type of essential oil for the purposes of skin care or cosmetics. We believe essential oils should be used for therapeutic purposes and not for daily application to skin.

Our Beauty Oil is formulated with exotic oils and herbal extracts made exclusively for RMS which are then infused in organic jojoba oil rather than inferior sunflower or safflower oil to maintain the highest quality.  This healing formula also contains buriti oil which has recently been found to filter and absorb cancer-causing UV rays from the sun. Our potent formula is the perfect balance between skin and oil, providing the ultimate in radiance and antioxidant protection.

If you've never tried it, now is your chance! We are including a free sample of our Beauty Oil along with every order this month. Once you try it, we know you'll be hooked!
