Gisele's Stunning Natural Look for Met Ball 2014

The Met Ball is arguably one of the biggest nights in fashion for celebrities, designers and artists. Held by the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, attendees have the opportunity to don new and bold fashion and beauty styles. Whether they decided to go avant-garde or timelessly elegant, the looks from last night did not disappoint.   Proving once again that organic makeup can stand the test of an all night gala and thousands of cameras flashing, Gisele Bündchen had her makeup done by our very own Rose-Marie Swift incorporating all the rms beauty essentials for a big night out.  Here's the full line-up from the mastermind herself... "For Gisele's makeup for the Met Ball this year she aimed for elegant simplicity with both hair and makeup. She has a gorgeous skin tone with a lot of warmth to it so we kept the skin dewy and very easy on the foundation, so natural-looking skin was the end result. We both love a polished natural look. Of all the fabulous looks from the big event last night, we wanted her to be the most gorgeous natural beauty....I think we did it big time...Elegant meets natural.

To achieve this dewy, natural glow I first started with RMS beauty oil, of course. I used both un cover #33 and #44 then added luminizer in the corners of the eye, by the bridge of the nose and over the cheek bones. To give beautiful definition to her bone structure, I used Promise lip2cheek, then Moment lipshine on the the lips (a tawny brown color we created just for her). I combined both rms beauty mascaras for a really thick and defined eye lash. It's a ball, lots of mascara is a must! I then painted in her brows slightly more full than usual, with a soft brown powder. I kept the rest of the eye soft with a natural skin toned brown shade on the lid, finishing the look with a little rms beauty "un" powder over the T-zone to keep her looking fresh all night long."
